To register for the 3 on 3 basketball tournament and/or pay for dinner/donation/t-shirt, pricing is as follows:

- Teams: $200/$50 per player (includes dinner & t-shirt) - text 339-832-2481 with your name and/or teammates and include t-shirt size
- Dinner Only: $25/person
- T-shirt: $10/ea (Adult sizes - S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL)
- Donations can be the amount of your choosing or in the form of a raffle prize.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A DOUBLE ELIMINATION 3 ON 3 TOURNAMENT WHICH WILL CONSIST OF 16 TEAMS OF FOUR. TEAMS WILL BE DETERMINED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. REGISTER ASAP TO ENSURE PARTICIPATION*
